"When I first moved to the area, Kari was friendly and responsive over email, which initially gave me confidence in working with her. However, when I unfortunately needed to file a claim for a lost jewelry item, that responsiveness disappeared. The claim was handed off to an investigator and underwriter, and Kari never followed up—not once. I felt completely abandoned during a stressful and confusing process where I expected my agent to guide or at least check in with me. That lack of basic support and communication was incredibly disappointing. Since switching insurance providers, the contrast has been night and day. I do not recommend this agent or this company."
